CURRENT AVAILABLE POSITIONS:Loan Processor Essential Functions: This position is responsible for reviewing loan papers to ensure completeness and for the functions required to complete transactions between the loan establishment and borrowers for commercial and real estate loans. Education/Experience: Associate’s degree (or other 2-year degree) and/or equivalent loan administration experience. A combination of education and work experience will be considered. Experience in consumer and commercial loan processing preferred. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and other loan/banking related software. Customer and Operations Support Specialist Essential Functions: This position requires learning new systems as entry level support, answering phones, filing and copying, and performing Banking Technology functions as needed. Responsibilities include assisting in all areas of customer support, including client set-up, customer identification and authorization, policy adherence, and general support. This position will provide first level telephone and email support to customers regarding banking technology systems and products including, but not limited to, remote deposit capture, internet banking, bill pay, cash management, and debit cards. Education/Experience: High school diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)Previous back-of-house banking experience is preferred.
