Support Specialist I
Essential Functions: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to providing telephone and email support to customers (internal and external) regarding banking technology products and systems, reviewing new account documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to policy, assisting in documenting and managing exceptions, reviewing system reports for various verification and dual control purposes, performing account maintenance for special projects, and reviewing debit card applications for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to policy.
Experience/Education: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); Over 1 year, up to and including 2 years of work experience. Banking experience preferred.
