Private and Commercial Banking Associate II - Southshore

Position Summary: This position reports to the Private and Commercial Banking Officer. Responsibilities include managing the loan and deposit portfolio developed by the officer as well as assisting others in the department, including the Private and Commercial Banking Officers and Manager. 

 Experience and Education:  Associates degree preferred. A combination of education and work experience will be considered. High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required. Two plus years of banking/lending support experience preferred. Will consider previous branch banking experience as acceptable.

Internal Auditor – Northshore

Essential Functions:  This position is responsible for conducting independent audits of financial records and control procedures to ensure Resource Bank is in compliance with laws and regulations. The Internal Auditor will review and appraise policies and procedures for safeguarding financial institution assets. They will submit written reports of internal audit reviews to the Board of Directors, including findings, analyses, conclusions and recommended actions. They are also responsible for the overall direction of subordinate staff and will participate in interviewing, hiring and training activities. They will plan, assign and direct work activities, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education/Experience:   Bachelor Degree in in the accounting and/or business administration field; MBA preferred. Certified public accountant (CPA) designation required; Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation preferred; must have 3 years of prior work experience; experience in a financial institution preferred.

Personal Banker – Hwy. 21/Covington

Essential Functions:   This position is responsible for the receiving and paying out of money and for keeping records of money and negotiable instruments involved in the bank’s various transactions.

Education/Experience:   High school diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).  Previous teller experience strongly preferred.  Cash handling experience preferred.  Must be flexible with hours and available to work Saturdays.
