Receptionist / Administrative Assistant - Hwy 21
Essential Functions: This position reports to the Executive Assistant to the President and is responsible for answering inquiries, obtaining information for general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties. Provide information regarding activities conducted at establishment: location of departments, offices, and employees within organization. Provide assistance and backup to the Private Banking department.
Education/Experience: High school diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate). Over 1 year, up to and including 2 years of relevant work experience. Banking experience preferred.
Essential Functions: This position reports to the Loan Administration Manager and is responsible for opening, scanning and force-placing insurance, escrow processing, verifying property taxes and monthly reports.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required. Two years of previous insurance/escrow/banking experience required.
Technical Support Specialist – Covington
Essential Functions: This full-time position is responsible for ensuring proper computer operations so end users can accomplish organizational tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostics and help request tracking tools, as well as require the individual to give hands-on help at the desktop level.
Education/Experience: High school diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required. Two or more years of work experience in a related field required. Work experience in the Banking industry is preferred.
Personal Banker – Northshore
Essential Functions: This full-time position is responsible for the receiving and paying out of money and for keeping records of money and negotiable instruments involved in the bank’s various transactions.
Education/Experience: High school diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate). Previous teller experience strongly preferred. Cash handling experience preferred.
